The Reality on Response Times
Most of our day is spent buried in grease-stained manuals or cross-referencing OSHA codes. It’s slow, boring work, but it’s the only way to get the data right.
Because we’re doing real research, we aren’t “instant.” Shoot us an email and we’ll get back to you—usually within 24 to 48 hours. If it’s the weekend, we’re off the clock and probably out in the garage, so give us until Monday morning.
